Mama B

Mama B died peacefully in her sleep last night.
I think she knew how tired her faithful daughters were, sitting with her around the clock for over a week, and decided it was time to give them peace, and find her own.
A little sigh, a gentle smile, a sweet release.
Bye Mama. I love you. I'll miss you. But I promise not to cry too much, you wouldn't want that, and I promise to stand by Arly and make sure she is okay.
Always your extra,
Stephy

My heart goes out to you and Mama B's daughters.

I missed that bit on your previous post...my computer was doing wierd things.

Love, hugs and, yes, even smiles.

A lovely tribute Stevie. I am glad it was a peaceful passing. I hope you can now celebrate her life and continue to live yours as she would want.

Gypsy - what an ace quote! So absolutely true. "Everyone dies but not everyone lives". I'm sure Mama B really lived.

So sorry to hear about Mama B's passing. It seems tho that she was lucky having friends and family around her. I hope you mourn her passing well, while at the same time celebrate her life that was. AFterall, Gypsy's quote is so true.

I was truly blessed to have Mama B in my life... and I am blessed so much more to have all of you... I hope when my time comes, I can truly say I have lived, and thank you Gypsy for such perfect words. Thank all of you...
There is nothing in the world that can be so bad that knowing you are all in my life cannot defeat it.
I am sending so much love to all of you,

Stevie, it sounds like Mama B had a good death- peaceful, and surrounded by those she loved and who loved her.

Hugs to you and her daughters, and heartfelt condolences.
