I think I have figured out this uploading photo business...

The real meeting... Dale shocked at my crazy self...lol..! Everyone ducking for the self portrait... and a dogpile of bloggers! As you can see, it was a wonderful meeting, and I had a wonderful time with Dale and Lesley! Sometimes the people on the blogsites really are every bit as wonderful as you think they are!

Hey Stevie,

The photos turned out well. Indeed it was a fun evening, but I think people really guessed that in the first place.

Hope you're doing well. I'm back into the thick of things in the big city, but at least there's white snow on the ground!

When she got home from school I was on the computer and I was trying to be all serious and I said. "Hayley, there's something I need to tell you, come out to the kitchen". She was all worried and it was so hard not to crack a smille.

There was a printout of a Great Big Sea tour poster strategically placed on the kitchen counter. She squealed when she saw it. She does that when she sees things she likes. While she looked at it I simply said "second row".

It took her a couple of seconds but her eyes got huge and her mouth fell open and then, of course, she screamed and started jumping up and down. Then she tackled me. So, yeah, she's a little excited.

One reason it was SUCH a big surprise is because she knew the concert is during the week when Randy & I are on our cruise - so her grandma and her grandma's best friend are taking her (and her friend). I had to do some fast talking to make it happen, too! Grandma's not too big on concerts.... I think she'll like these guys, tho!

I would like to go myself, but it's a choice between eight days in the Carribean or a GBS concert in Ames, IA. Geez, that's a toughie....lol... Maybe we'll find a mermaid for Sean.
