It were fun!

It were lots of fun! This was the view from the deck towards the fields...

This were the view of the deck towards the house....

..and this were me and Dale on the deck after lots of dinner and merriment! The guy in the background hamming it up is my dear friend Nick... one of the 25 or 30 or so friends that joined us for the good luck party throughout the evening!
We raised a toast to all and you were all there in our hearts!

Ohhhhh ... I'm so jealous! It looks as though you had a lovely time even without my leg. And what a brilliant idea!

The blogger tag thing might work yet. I'm going to be in Paris briefly in January, and Val is talking of whizzing over to catch up, which would be bliss. Maybe we could send a message in a bottle by dinghy across the channel to Gypsy, and then ...? Well, it's a start!

We ended up at the Whitehouse...

Now we're off into the bush to rescue a truck.

It sounds like a good time was had by all. We certainly had fun on the same day observing all the bikers that rolled into Port Dover. Nice to see that pic of you and Dale

Oh, looks like fun! If only we had tele-transporters invented by now to speed me out west in 3.9 seconds flat, I could have attended....*L*

we were all together in spirit!
Paris you say, eh Margie?
Hmmm.... when are you doing that wee trip?

oh, hee hee! It does say January doesn't it! We should all go to Paris in January. If I had a million dollars, we would!

It does indeed Stevie. Late January in fact, for about six days I think. The last leg of 4-week Euro thing which we're doing as possibly the last chance for a whole-family Big One. Mind you, as Mads will be 18 then and has already travelled without us, we're sugaring the cake for her by taking her lovely b/f as well. (How's that for supportive parenting?).

I'd fly you all in, but there are only so many times you can re-mortgage a house!
