Tag!

All righty... a Christmas theme tag: Gypsy, Margie and Mary-Beth

1) Best present ever as a child: A Wonder Woman doll with hands that really moved!

2) Best present ever as an adult: there have been lots I've loved, but short of getting #3, my favourite is always new socks!

3) The one gift you've always hoped for and not yet received: A proposal

4) Your favourite part of Christmas dinner: turkey sandwiches on while bread a few hours later...mmm....

5) Favourite Christmas movie: Love Actually. It is a holiday tradition for my darling Margery and myself.

6) Most lusciously shameful holiday indulgence: doing NOTHING for a couple of days!

well done Gypsy! Now my imagination is running wild wondering what that indulgence might be!
My brother once stood at World of Wheels to get Lynda Carter's autograph for me when I was a little girl.. I had it for years, but seem to have lost it!
Methinks you should tell Ian to bend that knee! Being of the male species, he is a little unaware of these things...
;)

Great list, Stevie. Does Ian read your blog- I'd watch the space for #3!

Hi Stevie. I haven't read your Tag post yet, but promise I will real soon. Thanks so much for the welcome home. It meant a lot to me. I'm not really grounded yet as my heart is till down south, but I'm sure I'll settle my toosies on these lowland soils soon. I'll catch up with you properly then. That's a promise! xxx

Okay, firstly, thank you a zillion million times over for the cutest hug book ever. I love it, and am practising all these hugs to send them spinning across the world to you again.

Secondly, your tag list is great! Like Gypsy, I command Sit Ian to read your blog and take note! I'm not sure what I'd want as that very special gift, but I'm thinking about it. Will try and do mine soon now that Rache has tagged me too.

Anne Marie, if you haven't been tagged already, consider yourself tagged by me! Oh maybe I should say this on your own blog. Right, Stevie, I'm off T AM's place now. Ba!

Hi Stevie,
I am a terribly tag, looking at your questions: I have never been very excited about Christmas, and didn't grow up in a family that made a big deal out of it, materially or otherwise. My birthday falls just 2 days later, and the two often just blend in my head. I would guess that I was excited when I got Barbies when I was little, I do remember loving my first iPod as an adult, but I don't really think of what I want and haven't received- my brain doesn't work that way, and I feel fortunate enough to go out and get myself whatever I want (which is usually very little in terms of luxuries and gadgets).
The Grinch cartoon is my favourite Xmas show - I can't even think of a movie! I used to love the stuffing before I gave up meat, but anything chocolaty makes me happy.
My holiday indulgences are usually to go away somewhere.

There, that wasn't so bad.

Happy Christmas!
