Ian took this picture of "his" kitty yesterday... Jean-Luc got a clean bill of health from the vet, is four months old and the receptionist gave him his very own birthday: Friday, July 13, 2007.

What a lucky kitty. So glad to hear he's healthy. Born on lucky Friday the 13th, too!
It's so hard to tell with strays. Mom took one in once and lost him within a couple of weeks. We never would have known he was sick except for a trip to the vet. I believe it was distemper. He was such a sweetie, too. Losing him was a bitter pill.

I love marmalade cats - our Scat is that colour, but no white.
Alas, he opted to stay with the house after I moved, so I don't see him.
Tnu is still with me and is definitely a mummy's kitty. As Queen of the roost, she gets special priviledges:
- she's allowed in our room...actually, it's where she lives.
- she's allowed to sleep on the bed
- she drinks fish water...you know, from the goldfish bowl.
- she believs she's in a class above the other cats, although she still gets freaked out when outside, but she's getting better.
She's got the funniest meow.
Kind of like mea-a-ow...or a-a-a-a.
